  • Clarify Requirements

    Before commencing OEM collaboration, both parties engage in detailed communication to ensure a clear understanding of product specifications, performance, appearance, and more. This stage requires defining the customer's needs and expectations for smooth cooperation.

  • Designing Products

    Based on customer requirements, we design and customize the product according to its category (e.g., air fryers, electric cookers, etc.). This may involve aspects such as appearance design, feature customization, and technical parameters to ensure the final product aligns with the customer's requirements.

  • Reasonable Price

    Once the product design is finalized, we create samples for confirmation. These samples serve as references for the final product, allowing the customer to inspect the appearance, performance, and functionality to ensure they meet expectations.

  • Planning for Production
    After sample confirmation, we develop a production plan and prepare the necessary raw materials, processes, and production lines to ensure a smooth production process and product quality.
  • Producing Products
    According to the production plan, we begin mass production, involving processes such as material procurement, processing, assembly, and testing, among others, to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Inspecting Quality
    During the production process, we conduct strict quality control and inspections to ensure the products meet standards and specifications. This includes inspections related to appearance quality, functional testing, and safety performance.
  • Packaging & Delivery
    Qualified products are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Subsequently, products are distributed according to the customer's requirements and prepared for delivery.
  • After-Sales Support
    Once the products are delivered to the customer, we continue to provide after-sales support. If customers encounter issues during product use or require technical assistance, we respond promptly and offer help.
